Dr. Ilene Naomi Rusk is trained as a clinical neuropsychologist, neuroscientist, and embodiment psychotherapist. She is an international speaker with more than 30 years of experience in dementia, women’s health,brain health, trauma healing, and nervous system science.

Her presentations bring together cutting-edge neuroscience, Polyvagal-informed approaches, and lifestyle medicine to help people build resilience, protect cognitive vitality, and prevent and treat Alzheimer’s disease. She is known for her expertise is taking people on personal growth and transformational journeys.

Drawing from mindfulness practices, contemplative and mystical traditions, and principles of intergenerational healing, Dr. Rusk offers talks that are both scientifically grounded and deeply human.
